2. About SaigoDeal
- SaigoDeal is a platform that connects customers with local restaurants, bakeries, cafés, and convenience stores offering surplus food at discounted prices.
- We provide the marketplace; partner merchants are responsible for preparing, packaging, and making items available for pickup.
3. User accounts
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
4. Orders and pickups
- All purchases are final unless the merchant is unable to fulfill the order.
- You must pick up your order during the designated pickup window.
- Items are offered as rescued surplus and may vary in appearance or quantity.
5. Merchant partners
- Merchants are responsible for listing accurate item descriptions, quantities, and pickup times.
- Merchants must comply with applicable food-safety and labeling regulations.
- SaigoDeal may remove listings or accounts that violate these requirements.
6. Prohibited conduct
- You may not misuse the platform, harass other users, or attempt to disrupt our services.
- You may not resell rescued items purchased through SaigoDeal for profit.
- You may not submit false information or fraudulent payment details.
7. Payments and refunds
- Payments are processed through third-party payment providers.
- Refunds are issued only when an order cannot be fulfilled by the merchant or in case of platform error.
- Prices shown are set by merchants and may change without notice.
8. Intellectual property
- All SaigoDeal branding, content, and software are owned by SaigoDeal or its licensors.
- You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without permission.
9. Limitation of liability
- SaigoDeal is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind.
- We are not liable for the quality, safety, or suitability of food items sold by partner merchants.
- Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific transaction in question.
10. Termination
- We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms or harmful behavior.
- You may close your account at any time by contacting us.
